Shruti Gupta Psychology

Shruti Gupta is a registered psychologist with experience across both public and private mental health settings. She has worked with diverse populations and supports individuals presenting with a wide range of concerns, including trauma, mental health conditions (such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and psychosis), abuse, grief and loss, stress, relationship difficulties and chronic pain.

Shruti approaches therapy as a collaborative process, working alongside clients to enhance self-awareness, develop new perspectives, reduce psychological distress, and build on personal strengths to support a more meaningful and fulfilling life. She strives to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel comfortable exploring their experiences and processing difficult emotions, while encouraging the courage to embrace imperfection as part of personal growth.

Shruti is fluent in Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu, allowing her to support clients from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

She works with adults & is also a TAC and WorkSafe-registered practitioner and has extensive experience supporting WorkCover clients, including those adjusting to workplace injuries and associated psychological challenges

ATTENDANCE POLICY

We send reminder SMS and emails 2 days before your appointment. Please reply to confirm your attendance. 

If you are unable to attend, kindly notify us at least 48 hours in advance to allow us to offer your spot to another in the waiting list and help you avoid late notice fees.

Cancellation Fees:

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the consultation fee
  • Same-day cancellations or rescheduling, no-shows, or non-attendance: 50% of consultation fee
  • Important: Medicare, Private Health Funds, and other funds (Workcover, TAC, NDIS) do not cover late notice / cancellation fees.
